Hong Kong and Macau Fujifilm Product Service Guarantee

Terms and Conditions

  1. This FUJIFILM product is fully guaranteed for a period of ONE year from date of purchase will be repaired by us free of charge. (FOR CAMERA ONLY)
  2. Accessories such as transformer, battery charger, headphone, Video/USB cable, CD-ROM, record media, battery case, strap, and lens cap are not covered by this guarantee. A defective accessory may be brought to us for checking or replacement within seven days of purchase and the customer must present the official purchase receipt for verification of date of purchase.
  3. Replacement of body casing for reason of scratching or other damage and services such as lens cleaning and viewfinder cleaning are not covered by this guarantee.
  4. Any of the following circumstances shall render this Guarantee Certificate invalid. (a)The Product having been repaired, serviced, or modified by persons other than authorized Fuji service personnel. (b)Damage or defects resulting from mishandling or incorrect use of the product, or from natural disasters. (c)The Guarantee Certificate being modified or defaced.
  5. Please keep your Guarantee Certificate in a safe place; in case of loss a replacement certificate will not be issued. To obtain service the customer must produce the Guarantee Certificate and official purchase receipt together with the product.
  6. Fuji’s sole liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product. Any liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind incurred or suffered by the customer due to a defect in the product, and in particular any loss or damage caused to any film or lenses or record media used with product or for any loss resulting from delay in repair, is excluded.
  7. Extended guarantee service does not apply to World-Wide Guarantee Service.
